Our run coach, Claire Paterson, has relocated from Sydney to Newcastle with her young family and is passionate about helping runners of all levels reach their goals whether they are absolute beginners, recreational runners or seasoned athletes undertaking events of all distances include triathlon, half marathons, marathons and ultramarathons.
As a business owner and founder of North Shore Running & Fitness and Sydney Performance Lab, Claire has an extensive understanding of the physical demands of running, understands load monitoring, common sport related injuries, end stage rehab and how to adapt programs accordingly. Claire will follow tried and tested methods of programming to help all clients reach your potential. Claire is a recreational runner, MumSafe qualified trainer and as a mum to three young kiddlets she is well equipped to assist Mums return to or learn to run post-partum.
