At UBF we want to truly make a difference in our clients lives, we don't want to be part of toxic gym cultures which value vanity and image above all else.
We believe that the key components of training should consist of; health, fitness, moving well, mobility, injury prevention and
strength. We apply the same principles of training athletes to the general population and will always regress or progress and alter
exercises to suit.
We aim to challenge the misconceptions around bashing your body in order to get fit, utilising scientific principles to effectively
program smart, enjoyable targeted improvements.
