Football Youth Athletic Development.

UBF specialises in football specific strength and conditioning with many of its trainers having been elite footballers themselves.

UBF understand what it takes to be elite and know from experience how important a quality strength and conditioning program is and what they wish they did differently. Our trainers want to give back to the sport that gave so much to them.

UBF is responsible for the strength and conditioning of the Newcastle Jets W-League Women and the Newcastle Jets Academy among other WPL and NPL clubs.

Our programs are designed around injury prevention, strength and performance gains ensuring that our sessions fit seamlessly into the schedule of footballs considering days of the week and game day fatigue and recovery.

We are particularly focussed on ensuring that these gains are translated into sport specific movements that are relatable to game play.

Too often, athletes are missing out on important opportunities due to what a coach was perceive as a lack of “strength, speed, agility and fitness” all of which can be taught, trained and developed but finding experts in the industry is the hardest part.

Make a difference, and get noticed. Do everything in your power to realise your dreams and don’t give anyone an excuse to tell you you’re not good enough. Leave it all on the park, no regrets!
